The new Junior Camp is an intensive eight (8) week dryland and on ice conditioning training camp designed for those hockey players seeking to take their game to the next level. The camp will run 5 days a week, starting Monday June 4 and will end July 28. It will improve an athlete’s Acceleration, Explosive Power, Strength, Multi-Directional Speed and Conditioning. |
